I love cake. I REALLY love cake. I love designing it, I love baking it, I love decorating it, and even after all these years, I still love eating it. I don't love washing up, but life can't be all butter icing and rainbow sprinkles!

At The Cake Tin, I'm all about the magic that happens when sponge cake meets butter icing, No peeling off layers of rigid white icing before you can get your teeth into the yummy stuff.
